Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for talent registrations and industry memberships on Cinematic Vibe.

1. Non-refundable fees

All talent registration fees and industry membership fees are one-time and non-refundable once the payment is successfully completed.

2. Why fees are non-refundable

Payment activates account processing, profile review, verification, and access to a curated private database.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancelling use does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
  • Memberships are valid for the stated period and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Failed or duplicate payments

Contact us within 7 days at hello@cinematicvibe.com with your transaction details.
