Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Cinematic Vibe platform. By registering or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have verified parental/guardian consent, to register.

2. Accounts & verification

• Talent profiles are reviewed before going live.
• Industry members must submit a valid industry ID and are granted access only after approval.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Memberships & fees

Talent pay a one-time registration fee per plan (Star ₹1,000 / Super Star ₹2,500 / Mega Star ₹5,000). Industry members pay a membership fee per plan (Manager ₹5,000 / Executive ₹7,500 / Controller ₹10,000). All fees are non-refundable once payment is completed — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misrepresent your identity, role, or credentials.
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute the talent database or any profile content.
• Do not use the platform to harass, exploit, or solicit users outside the intended purpose.

5. Content & licence

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Cinematic Vibe a limited licence to display your content within the platform.

6. No guarantee of opportunities

Cinematic Vibe is a visibility and discovery platform only. See our Disclaimer.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

Cinematic Vibe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
