• Account & contact data: full name, email address, phone number, city and login credentials.
• Talent profile data: photos, videos, physical details, skills, languages and experience you choose to upload.
• Industry verification data: professional role, organisation and industry ID documents submitted for approval.
• Payment data: transaction records processed via our third-party payment provider (we do not store full card details).
• Usage data: device, browser and activity information such as searches and profile views.

2. How we use your information

• To create, verify, and manage your account and membership.
• To operate the curated talent database and enable discovery between talent and industry members.
• To process payments and send transactional communications, including email verification.
• To maintain platform safety, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
• To respond to support requests and improve the platform.

3. Legal basis & consent

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you provide at registration and where processing is necessary to deliver the services you request. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual limits.

4. Sharing & visibility

Talent profile information is made visible only to verified, paying industry members within the private database — it is not published on the open internet. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations.
